These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website keerthihousekeepingservices.com and the booking or use of any home services offered by Keerthi Housekeeping Services ("we", "us", "our"), including Housekeeping, Electrician, Plumber, AC Technician, Carpenter, Painting Work, House Shifting, Pest Control and Water Purifier Service in Khammam and surrounding areas.

By accessing our website, submitting a service request, or booking any service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

1. Services Offered

We act as a service provider / facilitator connecting customers with trained technicians and staff for Housekeeping, Electrician, Plumber, AC Technician, Carpenter, Painting Work, House Shifting, Pest Control and Water Purifier Service. While we make every effort to verify and train our technicians, actual service outcomes may vary based on the nature of the job, condition of existing fixtures/appliances, and site conditions.

2. Booking & Appointments

• Service requests can be made via phone call, WhatsApp, or the Quick Service Request / Contact forms on our website.
• Upon receiving your request, our team will confirm the appointment date, time, and estimated service details.
• We aim to respond to all enquiries within 30 minutes during business hours (Monday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM), but response times may vary due to technician availability or high demand.
• Customers are requested to be available at the service location at the scheduled time. Repeated unavailability may result in rescheduling charges.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Service charges will be communicated to the customer prior to commencement of work, based on the nature and scope of the job.
• Final charges may vary from initial estimates depending on actual material usage, spare parts required, or additional work requested on-site.
• Payment is to be made directly to the assigned technician or our office upon satisfactory completion of the service, via cash or digital payment modes as applicable.
• Any cost of spare parts, materials, or equipment required for the service shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in advance.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Customers may cancel or reschedule a service request by informing us at least 2-3 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future service priority.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to technician unavailability, unforeseen circumstances, or incomplete/incorrect information provided by the customer, in which case we will inform you promptly and offer an alternate slot.

5. Service Warranty & Guarantee

• Workmanship warranty, if applicable, will be communicated by the technician or our office at the time of service completion, and may vary by service type.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, natural wear and tear, electrical fluctuations, or third-party interference after service completion.
• Spare parts or materials purchased separately may carry their own manufacturer warranty, independent of our service warranty.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact details, service address, and a clear description of the issue/requirement at the time of booking.
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area for our technicians.
• Disclose any pre-existing damage, faults, or special conditions related to the property/appliance before work begins.
• Supervise and verify the completed work before making final payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take reasonable care in selecting and training our technicians, Keerthi Housekeeping Services shall not be held liable for:

• Pre-existing defects, damages, or faults in the property, appliances, or fixtures not disclosed prior to service.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, service interruptions, or incomplete information provided by the customer.
• Loss or damage resulting from the customer's failure to follow safety instructions or recommendations provided by our technicians.

Our total liability for any service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific service.

8. Service Partners / Technicians

Individuals or professionals registering as service partners through our "Partner With Us" program agree to represent themselves honestly regarding skills, experience, and documentation provided. We reserve the right to verify, reject, suspend, or terminate partnership with any technician found providing false information, engaging in misconduct, or failing to meet our service quality standards.

9. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Keerthi Housekeeping Services unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party platforms such as Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external websites/platforms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Khammam, Telangana.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
